YMSMS ("the Platform") is a cloud communication service platform providing virtual number rental and related communication services. The Platform acts as an intermediary for communication services, assisting users in acquiring and managing communication resources for legitimate purposes.

2. User Account

1. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this service
2. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information
3. You must not share your account credentials with others
4. You should promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
5. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations
2. Fraud, scams, or other illegal activities
3. Circumventing or bypassing third-party identity verification, SMS verification, or risk-control measures (including bulk fake registration/login)
4. Unauthorized access to others' accounts or systems
5. Sending spam, harassing messages, or malicious content
6. Infringing on others' intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademarks)
7. Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Platform
8. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or trade secrets
9. Any actions that may damage the reputation of the Platform
10. Reselling, relicensing, or commercially distributing Platform services without written authorization

4. Fees & Payment

1. Service prices are as displayed on the Platform; we reserve the right to adjust prices
2. Fees are prepaid at purchase; non-refundable without valid reason (see Refund Policy)
3. Multiple payment methods are supported; see checkout page for details
4. Balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred

5. Intellectual Property

1. All Platform content (including text, graphics, logos, interface design) is protected by intellectual property laws
2. Data generated during your use belongs to you, but the Platform has the right to use necessary data for service provision
3. You grant the Platform a limited, non-exclusive license to use content you submit during service delivery

6. Disclaimer

1. The Platform provides services "as is" without warranties of continuity, timeliness, or security
2. The Platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, government actions, network failures)
3. The Platform is not responsible for the availability or quality of third-party services (e.g., carrier networks)
4. Users bear full responsibility for losses resulting from violation of these terms
5. In no event shall the Platform's total liability exceed the corresponding service fees paid by the user

7. Service Changes & Termination

1. The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of its services (with prior notice)
2. The Platform may update these terms at any time; updated terms will be published on the website
3. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
4. Users may close their accounts at any time, but paid fees are non-refundable unless meeting Refund Policy conditions

8. Dispute Resolution

1. These terms are governed by international commercial practices
2. In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable negotiation
3. If negotiation fails, either party may bring action before the competent court of the Platform's location

9. Miscellaneous

1. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
2. The Platform's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
3. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding service use
